1. Operator and service

These terms apply to Bond Tracker, operated by Artem Oleksandrovych Lymanskyi, a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine. Contact: . By using the app, you agree to these terms, subject to rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive. The privacy policy is available here.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into these terms. The app is licensed for your personal investment-record use. Do not misuse accounts, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully.

2. Records and financial projections

Buying or selling a bond in the app records a transaction; it does not place an order with a broker. Bond Tracker does not act as a broker, custodian, investment adviser, or tax adviser, and does not receive your investment funds.

Values and projections depend on your entries, recorded prices, fees, payment schedules, currency rates, dates, and the app’s calculation assumptions. Public NBU data may be delayed, unavailable, or incomplete. A manually entered quote is not a guaranteed executable market price. Estimated returns and break-even rates are not promises of future results.

Verify records against broker statements and other original documents. Taxes are not calculated in this version, and results are not tax returns or an assessment of your tax obligations. You remain responsible for investment decisions and any required professional advice.

3. Free and PRO

The Free plan supports one portfolio and up to five active bond issues, measured by distinct ISINs rather than the number of individual bonds. Basic tracking, cash operations, payment records, and local unencrypted backups remain available without a subscription.

PRO adds multiple portfolios, more active bond issues, portfolio goals, advanced return and currency metrics, and cloud storage and synchronization. The app shows available features and store offers before purchase. A cloud account is required before buying or restoring PRO.

When PRO expires, ongoing cloud uploads and synchronization stop and PRO-only views and expansion are restricted. Existing local portfolios remain accessible; recorded data is not erased solely because a subscription expires. Recovery of existing cloud copies and account/data deletion remain available without PRO, subject to sign-in and any required encryption recovery code.

4. Prices, renewal, and trials

Available billing periods, price, currency, and any applicable trial or introductory offer are displayed by the app store before you confirm a purchase. The store charges your chosen payment method and handles applicable billing taxes. No trial is guaranteed for every user.

Auto-renewing PRO subscriptions renew for the selected billing period unless canceled under the store’s rules. If an eligible free trial is offered, it converts to the displayed paid subscription unless you cancel before its stated end. Review the store confirmation for the actual deadline and renewal amount. Any price changes are handled under the store’s notice and consent requirements.

RevenueCat validates purchase status and links access to your app account; it is not the payment-card checkout for mobile purchases. Restore purchases using the original app account and the store account that made the purchase. Billing status, refunds, or purchase revocation may change access.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Manage or cancel a Google Play subscription through Google Play subscriptions, using the Google account that bought it. If purchased through another supported store, use that store’s subscription settings. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while access continues for the paid period, unless a refund, revocation, or different store condition applies.

Uninstalling Bond Tracker or deleting its cloud account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel the subscription separately if you want billing to stop.

Refund requests are subject to the store’s process and applicable consumer rights. See Google Play’s refund information. These terms do not remove any statutory right to a refund or other remedy.

6. Cloud sync and backups

Cloud sync is optional. Sign-in and purchase alone do not upload new portfolios; you must link each portfolio. Automatic sync must be enabled on each device and is not a guarantee of immediate updates on another open device. Network failures or simultaneous edits may pause synchronization and require you to review conflicting copies.

The cloud stores the latest portfolio snapshot rather than a permanent history of every edit. Maintain separate backup files before important changes. Local recovery copies may be lost with app removal or device loss. We do not guarantee permanent retention of cloud data or uninterrupted availability; service changes will respect applicable law and any required notice.

7. Encryption and file recovery

Optional cloud encryption protects portfolio payloads before upload, not all device or account data. You are responsible for saving recovery codes and QR images privately outside the app. If all unlocked devices and the corresponding recovery code are lost, neither support nor a password reset can recover encrypted contents.

Encrypted exported files need the code used when they were exported, even if you later change your cloud recovery code or turn encryption off. Restoring an encrypted file currently also requires signing in to its original app account. Before deleting that account, export an unencrypted backup if you need to restore data in the app later, and protect that readable file.

Turning cloud encryption on or off changes the whole cloud account and requires active PRO. Restoring a file does not by itself guarantee that an account-wide encryption change can be completed. Local restored copies remain if that cloud change is unavailable.

8. Account control and support

You can delete only your cloud data while keeping your sign-in account, or delete the account and associated cloud data. These actions do not remotely erase local portfolios or previously exported files. A web request can be submitted on the account-deletion page.

Do not share passwords, full recovery codes, QR images, purchase tokens, or private portfolio files in a support request. Send only the details needed to explain the problem. Support cannot reconstruct missing investment records or recover an encryption code you did not retain.

9. Responsibility and changes

You are responsible for accurate inputs, keeping accounts secure, and checking calculations before relying on them. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate inputs, market changes, third-party data failures, or loss of a recovery code outside the operator’s control. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update the app and these terms. Material changes affecting paid service will be communicated through the app or another appropriate channel, with any notice, consent, or remedy required by law. The date above identifies this version.

These terms are governed by Ukrainian law, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights applicable where you live. Contact to seek resolution of a dispute; this does not restrict your right to use a competent court or consumer authority.
